This is my first time planning a vacation and I want it to be perfect. My boyfriend and are thinking of going to Cuba because it’s more affordable, but we are willing to pay the additional money for a high quality resort. What are some good 3.5 * lowest, up to 5*   Cuba resorts all inclusive hotels that are beachfront with great service?
